Since it is unclear how and when the Jewish Jadwiga Vuijk, née Reich Rosenblatt, acquired this painting and because it cannot be irrefutably determined whether this transaction was made voluntarily and fetched a reasonable price, its provenance is uncertain.
De herkomst van dit schilderij is niet helder, omdat niet duidelijk is vanaf wanneer de joodse Jadwiga Vuijk, née Reich Rosenblatt het in haar bezit had én omdat vooralsnog niet onomstotelijk kan worden vastgesteld dat dit een vrijwillige transactie was voor een redelijk bedrag. [nl]
